    This hotel was really good with its amazing views of the Dolomites and the culinary delights served at the restaurant. Each meal seemed like a work of art, particularly the seven-course tasting menu, lovely. The staff was attentive. I did feel the gym could use some improvement in equipment variety.

    The view from our deluxe suite was absolutely breathtaking, and the breakfast was to die for, with so many delicious options. I loved soaking in the spa and the sauna. it was super relaxing after a long day. One tiny downside was the assigned seating for meals, but it didn’t take away from our fantastic experience! 😊

    I had an very nice two-night stay where the aufguss sessions in the spa were pure bliss and the breakfast had a fantastic juicing bar. The food was creative, with every dish reflecting alpine flavors.

    The half-board dining experience leaves much to be desired, especially given the add-on pricing expectations. It doesn't quite hit the mark compared to Italian standards. Seating arrangements imposed by the hotel can feel awkward, taking away from the natural flow of dining. Limited availability of spa treatments creates frustration and a missed opportunity for relaxation, despite prior attempts to book. The open shower design brings unnecessary splashes and a slippery bathroom, which can be annoying. Lastly, unexpected charges for simple amenities can catch you off guard, ultimately altering your experience.

    Unmatched views surround the hotel, with glass walls that immerse you in nature. The dining experience shines, with beautifully crafted dishes showcasing local ingredients. Breakfast offered an very nice selection, especially the make-your-own juice station. Spa facilities impressed me as well. I loved the unique relaxation experiences. Staff provided personalized service throughout my stay. I faced some issues with the concierge service. There were a few mistakes, including receiving our dishes at different times. Spa treatment availability was also limited, despite my pre-arrival requests. The dinner service could feel lengthy at times. Even though I loved the wellness offerings, I missed easier access to casual dining options throughout the day.

    The amazing mountain views and the beautiful woodsy scent greets you every morning. Enjoying the warm, inviting spa after a day outside and savoring the delicious cottage cheese at breakfast. The staff's attentiveness enhanced every moment, though it was frustrating that the bar's cozy fireplace was always occupied. A longer visit would have been ideal to fully embrace this really good experience.

    Fine Views and Amazing Food!

    We had such a nice stay! The Tower Suite was gorgeous, super clean, and the views from the massive windows were off the charts. Breakfast was a highlight-so much variety. Giacomo from food service was fantastic too! Only thing was check-in was a bit chaotic. Though, totally worth it!

    The amazing views from our suite were nothing short of fine. We loved the quick access to the Plose ski slopes, made our winter getaway lovely. Plus, we were thrilled that we could bring our beloved pet along for the adventure.

    In my wife's opinion, a kids' club would be a great addition.
